Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started.

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or external factors.

  • BACKDROPA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Replacements or refunds are subject to verification and approval as per the stated policy.
