At BACKDROPA, we aim to deliver high-quality products in a timely and reliable manner. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Most BACKDROPA products are custom-made or printed after an order is placed.
Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Courier service delays

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • Festivals, sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Coverage

Currently, BACKDROPA ships within India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, are covered within final amount and are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges such as emergency delivery / re-delivery due to incorrect address/pin-code details will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email using the contact information provided after the product is dispatched.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

BACKDROPA is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos along with your order ID

Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

BACKDROPA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control once the order has been dispatched.
