At BACKDROPA, most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically after an order is placed. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
Returns
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

Change of mind after placing the order

Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer

Personal preference regarding design, color, or appearance

Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
Please ensure that all product details, sizes, and specifications are reviewed carefully before placing an order.
Replacements
We offer free replacement in the following cases only:

Product received is damaged during transit

Product received is defective

Incorrect product or size delivered
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared along with the order ID

The product must be unused and in original condition
Once verified, a replacement will be processed without any additional cost.
Important Notes

Slight variations in color, texture, or print alignment are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

BACKDROPA reserves the right to approve or deny replacement or refund requests after inspection.

Any claims raised beyond the specified time window will not be accepted.
